You can apply for a passport at the Exit & Entry Administration Ministry of Public Security, which is located at No. 1500, Minsheng Road, Pudong District. The things you need to bring for the passport are your ID card, two 2 inch photos, and your family’s household registration booklet. The total cost is 200 Yuan. After completing two forms and waiting for two weeks, you can pick up your passport at Exit & Entry Administration Ministry of Public Security, or ask them to mail it to you, which will cost extra money.
