As we all know, socializing plays an important role as part of our life experiences in United States. In brief, socializing includes having fun, releasing working and studying pressures in clubs, keeping social, networking, and catching up with your friends in lounges.

At Rider, there are many clubs on campus that you can join. In these groups, you can share your interests and hobbies with fellow members and make many friends in the process. Here are some of the clubs and organizations at Rider:

Technology Club

Brown Water Coffee House

Special Events: Every year, during different holidays and seasons, you will come across special events in clubs, pubs or lounges in New York City. It is more fun for you to dress up according to different events, so it is easier to fit in. The biggest events during the year are Valentine’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve. Meanwhile, there are also smaller events, such as ladies’ free nights, moon festival parties, Qipao contest parties, non-profit events, happy hours, fashion parties, casino parties, D.J. showcase parties, and more.

Besides joining clubs, you can also go to many other places for socializing and activities.
